Important Fee Information
Please be aware that our service fees are separate from government-imposed charges, which include:
The $85 state filing fee for the marriage license
$19 per certified copy of the official marriage certificate (ordered through the County Clerk’s Office)
Any applicable sales tax or surcharges based on time, date, or location of your appointment
We are transparent about all costs and will provide a full breakdown during booking so you know exactly what to expect.
Deposits and Rescheduling
Please note that a deposit of $100 will be applied during the check-out, with the remainder due on the day of the service. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be applied to a rescheduled wedding date within 90 days of the initial booking, offering flexibility should your plans change. We also charge applicable taxes in connection with all credit card transactions.
